I would say: just start with all Lau Kar Leung movies.
Iron Body Guard, eight diagram pole fighter, Shadow Boxing, Disciples Of Shaolin, Mad Monkey Kung Fu, Shaolin Temple, Dirty Ho, Five Shaolin Masters, Spiritual boxer, and so on....

The Loot is hilarious and Magnificient Butcher is one of my favs too

Just wanted to say thanks for this list from me, too. I wasn't allowed to watch movies like this as a kid, so I'm trying to make up for lost time. But it can be hard to get good info without getting boo'd as a noob.
