Google Video search: "English title" (Year) trailer
I use Google Video instead of Youtube because Google Video's results include Youtube as well as many Chinese streaming sites.
If this doesn't work, then I search using the Chinese characters. Its common for only videos of the entire movie to turn up in the search results (which you can usually identify by the duration of the video), so its especially helpful to add the Chinese word for "trailer." The Chinese characters used for "trailer," based on examining video titles is typically 预告片. However, I encountered this one: 預告片--the first character is different--that Google also translates to "trailer." So it may be best to just use the last 2 characters. Searching on those, they almost always appear as part of the original triad.
Movie titles are often indicated by putting them between 《 》 characters, and occasionally 〈 〉. And the movie's year doesn't seem to be used very often in the title. If you get a lot of search results, it may help to include these. 133 results vs. 19 in the following example:
I was looking for a Youtube trailer for "Dangerous Games (2007)" and couldn't find one, so I tried the Chinese title "棒子老虎鸡." I did the search as "棒子老虎鸡 预告片 OR 預告片"
