HongKong Cinemagic Forum > Identification requests > The Art Of High Impact Kicking |

Perhaps now, with help of YouTube, it will be easier the identify the guys from the intor of "The Art of High Impact Kicking". We made some ID's but I'm not sure they are correct. Besides Hwang Jang Lee are credited (as stuntman): Mak Kun Hong, Lee Fat Yuan, Chi Chi, Chen Liang, and Chu Pi. We believe pic 1, 2 and 3 can be Hsu Hsia (he's there as fight choreographer) and 10 and 11 can be Lee Fat Yuan, but is he the guy in pic 14, 15 & 16 too? The guys from 4 (4&6) and 8 (7&9) look familiar, but can't find them not under the names of the credits. Are this unknown aliases? |

Hi Jcssx, Nice to see you back again Perhaps you're right, I'm not an expert on Chui Fat.... For Lee Fat Yuen there's a little problem. There's a nice scene with him in "Legend of a fighter" which is released in the same year as "Impact kicking". Lee Fat Yuen looks very very skinny in "Legend of a fighter" and I can't say 15 looks skinny at all. To be honest I think there are two different persons that we call Lee Fat Yuen. Because often I have the impression that real one (which one?) is not exactly like the other one. Okay, I know, everybody thinks that there's only one, but I'm not 100% sure, until Lee Fat Yuen himself says "all the ID's are correct". I know I'm stubborn. I believe JL tought 15 to be Baan Yung San and 10 and 11 Lee Fat Yuen Any other opinions? |
