What is with the rest at left side at picture 5? It is important for actors?

I'm not 100% sure if I got the second character right: 張許祥 = Zhang Xu Xiang (pinying)/ Cheung Yu Cheung.

As for the left part of capture 5:
It shows from left to right:
Special guest appearence
Cheng Siu Siu
and then something like a description.

We can't read the first and third character and the rest doesn't make much sense.
I think it can be a description of her role, her relation with the Japanese or perhaps a Chinese transcription of her Japanese name.

I have looked too. Never i found this name in every database or in the internet.

i take a look at my first try and there it was the same actor. But your chinese is better...
