[5]
http://www.TerracottaFestival.com15 hand-picked films, carefully selected by us at Terracotta, having spent
twelve months sifting through many high quality films and travelling to and from
Asia to see them, to arrive at our selection (we've done the hard work so all
you have to do is buy a ticket and turn up to watch them!).
From large scale action epics to arthouse dramas and this year we introduce
documentaries to the festival line-up with a double-bill focus on the Far East
documentaries of Yves Montmayeur (IN THE MOOD FOR DOYLE and YAKUZA EIGA) and the
ten years of production disaster and triumph of our Closing Film BODYGUARDS AND
ASSASSINS are captured in Hiroshi Fukazawas' documentary DEVELOPMENT HELL.
Join us on the 6th May for our Opening Film LITTLE BIG SOLDIER, Jackie Chans'
latest film (reportedly his 99th!) which has a strong-anti war message; in
recognition of the message of this film, his efforts in charitable activity, and
his work as UNICEF Goodwill Amabassador, Terracotta will be honouring these
achievements with a special award to Jackie Chan (more news to follow).
