The WORKING title is Chuen Sing Gai Bei / Quan Cheng Jie Bei / 全城戒备 / "City on Alert". Aaron Kwok (郭富城) will lead, with presumably Wu Jing (Fatal Move) and Shu Qi (If You Are the One). Hong Kong’s Universe Films Distribution is introducing the latest project from hot action director Benny Chan - $10m sci-fi action title City On Alert (working title) - to buyers at Filmart.

Chan is producing and will direct the film, which is set to star Aaron Kwok, Wu Jing and Shu Qi. Currently in pre-production, it revolves around a troupe of circus performers who embark on a crime spree when they accidentally acquire superhuman skills.
