You have listed: Supercop as IVL edition. I got a DeltaMac edition. Both are a release of the Fortune Star edition, I think.
I think it's better to change IVL in IVL-Fortune Star in your list.

You don't mention the runningtime, which makes it hard to see if other versions are uncut or not.

You don't mention pal/ntsc (I know sometimes you can't find out which format is used). It can cause a difference in runningtime. That's why I would like to see that information.
