| Daniel Lee (李仁港) (Three Kingdoms, Dragon Squad) will start shooting this month of May a new wu xia pian in China, called Kam Yi Wai / Jin Yi Wei / 14 Blades /锦衣卫 . The lead actors will be Donnie Yen (甄子丹) and Vicky Zhao Wei (赵薇). Chun Wu Zun (吴尊), from the Taiwanese band Fahrenheit (飞轮海), will also make his film debut. Donnie Yen will play Qing Long (青龙), a Kam Yi Wai.  Kam Yi Wai (Jinyiwei in Mandarin), were the notorious agents from the political police under the Ming dynasty. After the pathetic Painted Skin, I don't consider the lead association of Donnie and Vicky as a winner combination.  |
