You mean: Are there no others who can help?

There are.
But you've got to know:
- one can only help if he or she has seen this movie recently and if they have time to help.
- not everybody is a Jackie Chan fan!
It can take some time, perhaps months, perhaps years, but the information will come!

As for me;
First :
I've got to lay my hands on a Chinese (mandarin dubbed if possible) release of this one before I will watch it again.
Second :
I've got to watch some long running TV-series and some other DVD's first before I will rewatch this one.

Just be patient!
