We are currently looking for motivated and English speaking persons (native is must), who are dynamic and with good writing skills in English.
Reliable and serious is the most important.
Capable of understanding French would be good, though not essential.

This person would assist us in writing and translating English reviews and essays as well as interviews.

Please also help us to moderate the English board.

The job is mainly done via Internet, so a good network connection and daily access to the Web is a necessity. You don’t need to be based in France or in Europe to help us.

HKCinemagic.com is a non profit web magazine, so we cannot pay our editors. But other benefits are possible. First a chance to join a team of great HK movie enthusiasts. Ok, that is not so attractive. Let's say that everything can happen if you are serious an committed. You could extend your network of Hk cinema fans, as well as meet filmmakers. Why not? I met Wong Jing in HK, other members met with jackie Chan and Ti Lung in France.

It might be your chance to be accredited for your local film festival, to meet with HK stars and to interview them, or to test dvds from your local DVD editors. But for all those priority will be given to active members of the site. You understand that we won't send people we do not know/we have never worked with to festivals or to do interviews on our behalf. So a minimum of effort and cooperation is requested beforehand.

You could also become an admin for the English board and revive it a little.

You have to have a decent level of English and be able to communicate well with people from all over the world as well as be a first point of contact for Hkcinemagic.

If you are willing and confident you could also develop a wide network and why not meet/interview you favorite stars.
